This isn’t just a campaign—it’s a movement built on respect, transparency, and a belief that real change starts with real people. We’re not here to tear others down; we’re here to lift up our neighbors, our communities, and our democracy. As a volunteer, you’ll play a central role—many will even become certified election officials in Texas, helping register voters and protect the integrity of the vote. This is your chance to be part of something historic: a campaign run not by political consultants or PACs, but by everyday Texans, working together to prove that honor, hard work, and unity can still win in America.
You will always be seen, appreciated, and respected. If I’m elected, many of the hardest-working volunteers may be offered permanent positions—right here in Fort Worth or in Washington, D.C. I will never ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself, and more often than not, I’ll be right there beside you doing it. If you ever feel unsafe, call my personal number—I’ll come get you myself. And if you’re ever disrespected or mistreated by anyone on this team, I expect you to tell me directly. That won’t be tolerated—not once.
I cannot fix what Washington has broken over the past 50 years without people like you. And I can’t build a future that protects the working class for the next 500 without the help of brave, committed volunteers willing to try something that’s never been done before.
There will be plenty of fun—cookouts, concerts, and moments of celebration—but only if we’re putting in the work and getting the job done. But this isn’t about winning votes. We’re here to look every person in the eye, listen to their stories, and make them feel seen and heard. Then we carry those stories back to shape real legislation that matters. This is a people-powered campaign—and the people themselves will guide every law I fight to write.
